Welcome to Region A! My name is Maria and I will be serving as your Region A Chair. Region A consists of institutions within the states of Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
As we launch our membership drive for the 2015 academic year, I am excited about the development of our strategic plan and the growth of our region! You will hear more about our plans and our strategy for serving the NAMEPA membership with quality information, tools, and services to promote student access and success.

I am currently the Assistant Director for Counseling at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. NJIT has a unique counseling service that focuses on unique student needs as they matriculate from their freshman through their senior year in their respective programs. My area of concentration is counseling juniors who are preparing to enter into their professional careers. The New Jersey Institute of Technology has received numerous awards for student access and success in engineering and technology.
